Shipping and Return Policy

We typically ask for 2 – 4 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However, during promotional holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days. 

We use Pos Laju or JNT to deliver your items to you. Once your order has left our Perak warehouse, standard delivery can take up to seven (7) business days. For East Malaysia, please expect a delay up to ten (10) business days due to reduced flights availability during COVID-19. 

Once your order has left our Perak warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information for you to track the progress of your order through this tracking website.

Please note, it can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your information to appear in the Pos Laju/JNT system. If you are not at the nominated address when delivery occurs, a notification will be left in your mailbox, and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.

Please note that you cannot nominate a delivery date or time and, unfortunately, we cannot call you on the day in advance of the delivery being made.

*Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with a suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will almost always delay delivery.

We know how much people love free stuff (especially for shipping) so yeah, it’s a FREE SHIPPING within Peninsular Malaysia when you spend RM350 and more!

However, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia (for order below RM350) and RM39 for East Malaysia.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We offer a 30-days returns policy. The product being returned must be in an acceptable condition (no stains/damage). Please ensure to keep it in a like new condition while trialing it. Please keep the original packaging it came in if you consider the possibility of sending the item back to us, as it needs to be returned in its original packaging. If upon inspection your return item is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Please note that return are only allowed for first time buyers and only once per household

We do not resell used blankets. Your blanket will be processed or cleaned, and either donated to charity or given to friends/family.

Please note we will not be able to accept your return for refund if you are out of our 30-day free returns period, regardless of the condition of your blanket. We believe 30-day to be a very fair amount of time in which to try our blanket and decide whether or not it works for you.

  1. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  2. You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:
    • The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order
    • The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange and return policy
    • The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period
    • If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost
  3. Your refund will be directly banked into your bank account. Please note that for refunds, the below charges applies:

    1. 1.5% payment gateway processing fee
    2. RM10 (flat rate) re-racking fee
    3. Shipping Fee (rate varies for Peninsular and Sabah Sarawak)

How do I return an item?

One of our customer representatives will reach out to you as soon as possible; usually within the same day. To expedite the process, please include the following information in your initial email:

– Order number and name used to place the order

– Product you are looking to return

– Reason why you are considering returning the item

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system, however this information will enable us to start your returns process immediately.
